Our coaches ensure to help the school with their term plans and targets. All lessons are planned, structured and tailored to be progressive and appeal to children of all abilities. Helping pupils gain an understanding in the topic and engaging them in the lesson is the key focus for our coaches. We want all children to enjoy their lessons and we have found rewarding effort, behaviour and results can play a key part in a child's learning.

Our Maestros coaches are carefully assessed and monitored to make sure our benchmark is being met and to keep quality running at a high level. 

Our coaches can assist the school with all sports and day to day activities from one to one learning to the organising and running of a sports days. 

All of our coaches hold a fully Enhanced CRC Check, Safeguarding Certificate and the relevant First Aid Training. These Certificates will be presented upon arrival.
